What we collect
Account details: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, organisation, role, country and interests.
Things you submit: saved node plans and their inputs, pilot applications, team and general enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and saved articles.
Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely, such as request logs.
Why we collect it
To give you an account and show you your own saved plans, applications and reading.
To reply to enquiries and assess pilot applications.
To send you updates only where you asked for them. You can turn these off in your profile at any time.
Who can see it
Your saved plans, applications, profile and saved articles are visible only to you and to our small team. Enquiries and applications are never published or sold.
Access rules are enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another account's records.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries and applications are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up across cohorts, then removed.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email us and we will confirm within 30 days.
